• What's included with my Wishwick?
  Every wand comes with the candy-cane striped wand, a light-up gold star tip, built-in Christmas tunes, and everything you need to get started right out of the box — no batteries to buy separately.
• Will Wishwick arrive in time for Christmas?
  We know the magic only counts if it's under the tree on time. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days, and express shipping takes 2–3 business days — check our countdown timer above for the exact order-by date to guarantee Christmas delivery.
• What if the magic isn't right for us?
  We want every Wishwick to feel like a wish come true — but if it's not the right fit, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as it's unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
